The location is great, just a short 4-minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge area with the wading pool is a nice feature. We also enjoyed the beach privileges at the neighboring hotel.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel was just off of Collins and 17th which is a perfect location. Walking distance from the action but quiet when its time to relax. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything from dinner and club reservations to accomodating for individual needs. We felt as if they wanted us to have a good time with them there to accomodate rather than make us feel as if the gestapo were watching.
The advertisement did not indicate that there is no separate door to bedroom from the living area for privacy purposes. There is no self serve ice machine and no benches to sit on outside the room in the courtyard or out in front of the hotel.

This hotel is in a wonderful location on South Beach, just a short walk away from the beach, which to be fair, is its biggest draw. the rooms are modern and comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. the rooftop lounge area with a wading pool provides a relaxing space to enjoy.
The breakfast offered at the hotel could be improved in terms of quality and variety.

The day I left
The room had only 2 working lamps, the rest was broken, the room smelt of mould, the pillows in the bed had make up on them, the fridge had a pond of brown water on the bottom of it and a lot of hair floating in it. My door broke and they spend an hour fixing it, the cleaning lady came in even though I had please do not disturb, and the breakfast was the poorest breakfast I have ever experienced.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - just a block away from Collins Avenue and two blocks from the pool. It was so close to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand. The hotel staff, including Luis and the always helpful man, were incredibly nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The size of the suites was comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The hotel facilities were beautiful, and the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food. this hotel provided a great experience for us.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

No parking. This made it extremely difficult to get around since we would have no other choice than pay $30 a night for parking across the street. The "valet" person had me park my own car and on 3 occasions was not in the parking lot to give me my car causing me to arrive late to my meetings.

The hotel is located in a good place close to several good restaurants around. the hotel offered us a free shuttle service to the beach every day, which was very good. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
We had to pay an unexpected deposit when we arrived, which was not mentioned before. the hotel charged us an additional fee that we were not informed about, so the total price became much higher than expected.

Room was poorly finished for a boutique hotel, tired is an appropriate word. As was the cleanliness of the room on check in. If you want to be in the centre it's a great location , however if you are there on business as I was , avoid this hotel as no real reception area , and wifi seriously patchy , maybe 30 percent access over 6 days. Room 106 is where I stayed , if your not happy being woken at 7 am by deliveries being dropped by the patio window , or staff gossiping on cigarette breaks from the same time as deliveries start , avoid 106 ! Just to be fair , I stay in hotels all over the world , 100 days a year , so I do know what's , good , bad and ugly .

The hotel offered a nice rooftop lounge area with a wading pool, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was just a short walk to the beach and conveniently located near popular attractions and shops.
The parking situation was unprofessional and expensive, with limited options available. The quality of the room was below expectations, with poor lighting, a damp smell, and outdated furnishings.

The location is perfect for those who wants to go on Collins ave and Lincoln.
The breakfast is a «joke» !! When I've asked to get milk to eat the cereal, I was told that there was no milk. They then took the boxes of cereal away from the breakfast «buffet», leaving few bagels. Note that the rooms are equiped with a microwave and a little kitchen area but there is no plates, glasses, nothing.... Note also that the pool is definitively closed.
